Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch your purchase within 1-3 business days (not including weekends). A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been dispatched. Once we have dispatched your order there could be delays, especially due to Covid. If there are any shipping delays we will contact you.
All of our orders are shipped with DPD and UK Mail and are fully trackable. Please note DPD/UK Mail will not deliver on Bank Holidays.

CUSTOM FEES
There are now customs fees for all orders outside of the UK and these taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total.
These custom, duties and/or tax charges vary depending on the country and the amount your order weighs. You will be contacted by a third party company regarding these fees.
Due to Brexit this also includes EU countries.

WRONG ADDRESS
If for whatever reason you may have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately so we can try to change your details. Unfortunately if your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change the address or re-route your order and you will not be eligible for a refund. We take no responsibility for orders placed to the wrong address as this is the customers responsibility.
REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@abenarose.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
EXCHANGES
We do not provide exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order once you have received it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We don’t offer replacements if your pieces are lost or stolen.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We can not return or exchange any custom items unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
